Mint – known to have natural stimulants, mint can boost your energy and release stress. It is widely used in ointments to remedy headache and nausea. Putting min on tea can also help regularize our digestive system plus it is also known to help in losing weight.
Cucumber – Natural hydrants and anti-inflammatory ingredient, Cucumber is known to prevent cancer especially for women. It contains B vitamins that can soothe stress. Like mint, it also helps in keeping our digestive tract healthy.
Lemon – Vitamin C is the number one nutrient in lemon. It balances the PH levels in the body, reduces inflammation, nourishes the brain and skin and cures common cold.
Orange – also contains vitamin C and prevents and reduce the risk of cancer, fights infection, regulates high blood pressure, prevents kidney disease and also prevents common colds.
What you need:
- 1 liter of ice cold water
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 10 Fresh mint leaves
- ½ thinly sliced lemon
- ½ sliced orange
Just put all the ingredients in a jar, leave for 2 to 4 hours and drink up.
