Cucumber – Natural hydrants and anti-inflammatory ingredient, Cucumber is known to prevent cancer especially for women.  It contains B vitamins that can soothe stress. Like mint, it also helps in keeping our digestive tract healthy.Cilantro

Parsley-rich in vitamins to make your bones and immune system strong and prevents high blood pressure.


1 beet

1 lemons

1 long stalk of celery

½ cucumber

½ cup fresh cilantro

½ cup of fresh parsley
